She is in the process of writing grants and she is also trying to contact the media to let them know about Amazing Kids! in hope that the hurricane affected states will see the show and the students will sign up to be a pen pal.

Amazing Kids! (www.amazing-kids.org) is a web-based children’s educational 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Our mission is to help children realize their own amazing potential, which we believe all children have. The pen pal initiative is part of our Amazing Mentors! program, which helps connect children with mentors, either “peer mentors” as in the case of our PenPal initiative, or adult mentors who are professionals working in a field that interests the student.”
